You have to ask these from untrained staff that really hasn't been trained to provide good customer service. They don't get putting towels for Yoga despite reminders, don't understand a luxury gym should have the works such as toothbrushes, slippers, robes, after shave, shaving razors. However, supervision and bad management makes what could be a great gym be a frustrating experience due to lack of attention to detail. The facility has a great basketball court, yoga room and a wide range of exercise options. The staff can be completely clueless, rude or just totally not attuned to customer needs. Kerry Sports is an awesome facility with untrained staff. Machines may need maintenance and replacement going forward but I think they will not take good care of those. They shut down tennis courts for a few months to fix the roof. Tennis courts are dusty and poorly managed. Because of the shouting and noise of the bicycle studio, yoga studio was forced to move to other weird shaped studio. Recently, they rent out the studio to a third party bicycle exercise studio which charges different fee. Overall, it is below Shangri-la’s quality. The management keeps ignoring my kind reminder for my inquiries about the renewal. Renewed the third year contract but this will definitely be the last one.
